There is no 24-hour service here. I arrived at 3:40 AM with a blown-out trailer tire. I needed to get it replaced, but the lady at the counter said I would have to wait until morning for the workers to come and fix it.

Customer service was straight trash. I’m already down, not making money, and walk in to nothing but attitude....no eye contact, cold energy, like I’m the problem. Look, I get bad days. We all have them. But don’t push that shit onto drivers who are already dealing with enough. Without us, there is no business. Period!! Checked in at 2 pm.... Waiting to get called back. We shall see how long it takes, especially when 5 bays are open. Two hours, no work being done in the bays, Lady said theirs 5 trucks ahead of me but nobody are in the bays. Maybe the lady with the blonde tip dreads need to find a job doing something she enjoys instead of adding to the stress of Petros customers! Like I said truck drivers deal with enough shit that this shouldn't be additional stress.

Empty bays and get told that it'll be a hour before I can get a tire replaced. While two clowns sit behind a desk. It's been 3 hours and still no one can get this done. Should of just went to speedco.

Started out ok, but ended up taking 6 hours for about a 3 hour job. That still would have been fine, but they got me paid out and told me I was good to go. I went out to start the truck, but I didnt know there was a different mechanic out there still working on it. He copped an attitude with me even after I showed him the bills and told him I was given the green light. He just wouldn't let it drop. I told him if they had come out with me and shut my hood, and opened the door I never would have started the truck. I still would have been fine with everything else but he was such a jerk about it, I figured he earned this review, just for unproffesionalism if nothing else. Teach your mechanics where their paycheck really comes from. I used to really like this shop but it's been a while. Probably will never come back. I'm 63 years old, and don't like being treated like a kid. I understand why the guy was upset, but he yelled at the wrong person. The quality of the work was good.

Guys, be aware that this place is a nightmare. We had a PM with them, but the mechanic, who was rude and had a poor attitude, didn’t properly place the oil filter cap, misplaced the O-ring, and damaged the threads on the filter cap. This resulted in oil leaking while we were on the road. When we called to report the issue, they responded hostile and told us to drive back to the TA location with no oil. Their ignorance and bad attitude are beyond words. We paid for their service, yet they seem to work only to damage our equipment. We plan to escalate this issue, and they will be held responsible for their stupidity. That’s the only way they will learn. Please avoid this place at any cost. See Attached pictures
